Terms & Conditions

For five-part courses, payment is to be made one week before the start of the course.

For students who are continuing on a class-by-class basis, payment is to be 48 hours before the start of each class.

Anyone wishing to stop attending a five-part course once it has started will not be refunded. 

Any cancellations or rescheduling of courses or classes once booked must be made 48 hours before the start of the course or class. Failure to do so will result in the course or class being cancelled with no refund issued. 

As all courses are taught by me, Deana Luchia, if for some reason I cannot teach you on the day we agreed, I will offer you the chance to either reschedule at your convenience or receive a full refund, whichever you prefer. I am not responsible or liable for any other costs. 

You must be 18 or older to book a course, class or service.

In group classes, respect and thoughtfulness for fellow writers is expected, as is positive feedback.
